Software Development Project Manager （Position ID ： SPM003）

• Perform Project Management in area of Software Development Project.
• Candidates will be HIGHLY involved in all phases of software development, including project planning, design specifications, problem identification, scheduling, development, and implementation and testing.
• Co-ordination and scheduling of the related program management activities, and produce work plans, schedules, budgets, and required reports for internal and external distribution and sign off.
• Work with all functions to identify and implement operational process and procedures.
• Keep clients, superiors, and peers updated based on their information needs. Provide input and participate in quarterly reviews with the clients.
• To contribute to team building through leading, example and coaching/mentoring of other team members. Able to travel and work overseas for short period of time.

• Require Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science plus 5+yrs experience of project management in a large (>10) and diverse, multi-discipline environment.
• Work experience in managing business process and change management is a plus
• Recent exp. in designing and developing complex software architecture
• Expert knowledge in C++, Java and J2ME programming
• Familiarity with the financial industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Management exp. a plus

Senior Software （Position ID ： SSE004）

• Contribute to independent and joint development projects involving feature enhancements and architectural redesigns. Fulfill development goals encompassing technology upgrade, performance and scalability.
• Responsible for full cycle development, from definition and design to product delivery.
• Mentor and oversee other software engineers' tasks as part of a larger deliverable in a team setting.
• Work closely with application engineers and other team members to ensure clear definition and implementation of design requirements.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related technical field with 3 or more years experience with of application development, preferably including server side development, is required.
• Solid working knowledge in the Microsoft development environment and Object Oriented Design and Programming under real-time and multi-task environment are required,
• Excellent object oriented programming skills and accomplished performances in C++ and OOD methodology (OMT, UML, etc.) are required.
• Proficiency with databases, schema design and knowledge and experience in GUI, CMM methodology and Java, J2ME development experience are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the financial industry is a plus. Strong analytical skills, ability to multitask, excellent time management skills, and a team player attitude are essential.

Software Development Test Engineer (Position Code: STE003)

• To participate at the validation of software system.
• To define validation test plan, including new features in system and develop validation tests.
• To perform the tests, to analyze the failures and to find root causes and provide solutions.

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Telecommunication, Master degree is plus.
• Min. 2 years experimented in software protocol development or protocol testing.
• Knowledge about software development, C++
• Precedent experience in Telecommunication or Financial Industry is a must.
• Precedent experience with development in Java language is a must.
• The candidate must be highly motivated and be an excellent team player.
